Your Zenn health index is a measure of your overall well-being and is scaled from 0-100. The higher it is, the better it is, and the better you are.

Zenn can be used by athletes to monitor and adjust their training and by anyone wishing to monitor their overall health. By watching daily or weekly trends, you easily get a clear idea of your health and fitness condition.

In a sense, the Zenn index gives a power reading of your heart, a high number demonstrates that you are fit and healthy while a low number indicates that you are suffering from high stress and fatigue.
