About the book:
Amelia is a modern-day tomboy who shares many characteristics with her ancestor, Amelia Earhart. The famous pilot was also a tomboy and a risk-taker, and of course, she loved to fly. She was the first woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean, but she disappeared mysteriously in 1937 in an attempt to be the first person to fly all around the world. Young Amelia is inspired by her spirit of adventure.

Education doesn’t have to be boring. It should be fun! Pickatale was made to improve children’s reading skills, to help them learn about animals, cultures, historical figures and more, and to have fun learning through reading books.
