Then this App is what you are looking for!
Unique features, like:
- You can now record yourself while you play along with the music!
- Music pieces of different levels and styles. Specially written and arranged for this App. There's always something fun and challenging for you. You can not only play the pieces using the sheet music, but you can also hear the music if you want. So you can play along, or you can play for example a duet with the App. Just select which part you want to play.
The recordings of the pieces are all real recordings, played on the saxophone by Filip Davidse. So no computer generated sounds!
- Fingering chart. Look up the note you're not sure about, and not only see how you can play it but also hear how it should sound.
- Forum, where you can read te latest news, ask questions and chat with other saxophone enthousiasts.
- Tutorials, including video's, teaching you about different saxophone related subjects.
- A music shop where you can purchase new pieces to play in the app. Music of different levels and styles. So there's always something suitable for you to play.
- A detailed Help section.
-iPlaySax can be used on iPhone and iPad. Each will have a special design to make reading the music, and using the app very easy.
This App, and all of the material, has been developed by Filip Davidse, an accomplished saxophone player and teacher. This means that it's easy to use and intuitive. The music will sound well on the saxophone and will feel natural.
You can use the App with every kind of saxophone, alto, tenor, soprano, bariton. There are special versions of all the pieces suitable for every saxophone.
