listen-in is THE app for people who use earphones, but don't want to miss out on what's going on around them.

Based on Essency's 'Real-Time Audio' technology, this revolutionary new app allows you to hear both your earphones and what's going on around you, without having to remove an earpiece or pause your music, audiobook or movie and without delays or hesitation. Just natural sound and voices as they happen

Being able to hear what's going on around you without having to remove your earphones, means you will be safer on the street, never get dangerously isolated, hear when your friends talk to you and even hear the doorbell ring when listening at home

Listen-in is fantastic with the supplied Apple earphones/pods and all noise isolating and cancelling headsets.

SIMPLE TO USE: Just set a higher or lower external listening level, by running your finger round the dial, Or turn the app on/off with one tap

LISTEN IN PEACE: If you just want to sit quietly, you can set a low volume level to listen out for a doorbell or alarm, or set a high level if you want to catch a quiet conversation going on at the other end of the room.

Tap zoom-in if you want to get even closer.

Listen-in works with an iPhone/Pad's built in microphone when the device is in plain sight on a table etc, so watching a movie on an iPad works well. If you use earphones with no inline microphone, Listen-in will use your device microphone instead.
