App Description
Fat Cat Party Chat is an Augmentative and Assistive Communication (AAC) app designed to help you at the beginning of a party, dinner or other festive non-ceremonial occasion. (This is similar to but different than a formal ceremonial occasion like a wedding with its formal reception line.) These party occasions are always a lot of fun and can bind family and friends together, but the beginning can be very hectic, before the hosts really have time to talk to the guests.
There will be lots of time for conversation once the party has settled down. But in those first 10 or 15 minutes of a large gathering, there is time for little besides the mechanics of thanking the hosts for being invited. So, Fat Cat Party Chat helps by giving speedy access to 10 phrases most needed during this sometimes awkward part of the occasion.
