App Description

Disector estimates the volume, density, surface area and total number of objects from pathology images (or any image). This product is easy to use. Trace images with your finger and tap objects on the screen. Algorithms developed in this app reduce analysis time because you will not need to count every object on every slide.

How to use Disector:
You can use this product by first importing images and a scale bar into a photo album. From there you can open Disector. After which you can trace the contours of your images with your finger tips and tap objects in your region of interest. Pinch-to-zoom for increased precision.

Trace your finger along the contour of images, tap to place points, long-press to delete points and pinch-to-zoom.

Supported image types include: TIFF, JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, BMPf, ICO, CUR, and XBM

By using Disector you agree to indemnify Ian Sharp and Motion Reboot, and hold them harmless for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of Disector. Disector is for educational use only and not intended for clinical use or clinical image evaluation or use.
