One of the most exciting parts of the day is jumping out of bed in the morning to see what the day's weather will bring. A young child shares the perspective of seeing each kind of weather and planning activities to enjoy it. From playing in the sun, jumping in rain puddles, hiding under covers during a storm, to tromping in boots through the snow, the child loves them all. And so will your child.
I rate this an 8-9. It teaches about the weather in a charming way, and the movement of the words flow well.
