App Description
This is the official app for Mission Healthcare. It will allow patients/clients faster access to health care. It allows referral sources to refer patients/clients to any one of our 3 service lines (Home Health, Hospice, Home Care). By entering some basic patient/client information, referrals can be made directly to Mission Healthcare. A customer service representative will follow up with the referral source to gather any additional information needed to complete the referral.
