App Description

Warfarin tracking is simple app created to track INR levels and Warfarin dose. You easily review your INR levels vs Warfarin dosage on the graph and show your doctor. You can also email all of your Warfarin and INR entries made in the app to your doctor. This app is very useful for tracking blood thinner dosage.

Now you can enter doses by date range or multiple days with different doses all on one screen. This makes entering varying doses easier.

Track your own custom data related to your INR or Warfarin dose. You can add comments or whatever you'd like to define.

Try the new Data Synchronization subscription! Data will automatically be shared between devices when they are online. Enter data on your iPhone and then view the graph on your iPad immediately.

The Data Synchronization auto-renewable subscription can be purchase for 1 month at $0.99, 6 months for $4.99, or 1 year for $7.99.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
- Subscriptions may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
