App Description
[ Up Up. ] can cut a part of photo down into three-dimensional. After you cut the part which you want to keep from photo, the rest part will change into the angle of elevation shape, and the photo is just like Pop-up card style.
It is free to adjust the angle of elevation to meet the different needs and have more fun of it.
There is a special design of the cutting part - it can reduce the selected range to cut off the unnecessary part to give the best result automatically. More simple outline you select, and the more good result you will get.
Feature:
* Offer filter effects for the back ground : Brightness, Blur, Hue, Sharpen, Mosaic style and Gray scale.
* Color picker allows you to change the color of image
* Support low, medium and High DPI.
