App Description

"e Skills Minimod Persuasive Strategies helps the student build mastery in the essential reading comprehension skill of identifying persuasive text and differentiating among its various types. This app is carefully aligned with the Common Core State Standards (CCSS). Students can play in either practice mode or game mode. The game mode is a bingo-like game. Students will read a short sentence, then practice their understanding of persuasive techniques. Each program offers 3 levels with carefully controlled vocabulary. A detailed teacher's guide is available for download on the publisher's web site www.eskillslearning.net.
