App Description

This app is intended for the advanced high-school and college-level student for the purpose of reviewing human skeletal anatomy.

In 10 chapters, it covers bone tissue, bone gross anatomy, and the bones and features of the entire skeleton. Chapters 1 and 2 review bone tissue, bone anatomy, bone types, and bone markings.

Chapters 3 through 6 review the bones of the axial skeleton: the skull (2 chapters), the vertebral column, and the thoracic cage. Chapters 7 through 10 review the bones of the appendicular skeleton: the pectoral girdles, the upper limb, the pelvic girdle, and the lower limb.

This app contains a substantial review of the skeletal system, but users may find it most helpful for its focus on the bones and bone features of the complete skeleton.
