Introducing the new FREE Feastive app for iPad featuring some real inspiration for any festive occasion. Included within this app is Marcus Wareing’s five-course Feastive menu and the step by step instructions.

Marcus Wareing’s Feastive menu opens with a starter of Orkney scallops with cucumber, lime and baby leaf, where the fresh sweet scallops are beautifully offset by the zingy lime. The main course pushes the turkey aside in favour of Venison which is paired with dark chocolate, fig, turnip and Brussels sprouts. If you aren’t in food heaven already you can follow these with Pineapple upside-down cake and then have a petit four of coffee and kahlua bon bons.

You can also view 11 other menus from great chefs like Tom Aikens, Nathan Outlaw, Theo Randall, Simon Rogan, Adam Simmonds, Martin Wishart, Paul Ainsworth, Bruno Loubet, Shaun Rankin, Frances Atkins and Vineet Bhatia.
