For professional singers, vocalists and voice over artists to track their jobs from any source. Keep this as your handy reference to
-how much each job will give you in the hand after expenses
-which agent or client the job came through
-what’s still owing.

BRAIN FREEZE
If you’re anything like me, the original Gross amount of the job means nothing.

Trying to subtract the exact agency commission and expenses can be a bit too much to figure in my head.

It gives me brain freeze.

And, having just a vague idea of what will be left over to pay my bills and have some fun can lead to budgeting mistakes.

I don’t want to have to do these expense calculations for each job ... especially if it’s the same calculations over and over again.

GET ORGANIZED
With Singer Lite you can save the commissions and expenses under each agent or client in the Referrers section.

Type them in only once. (I love that!)

Then, for each job, you can have
+ just the Gross amount if you’re dealing direct
attach one of these Referrers to the job and it automatically takes their expenses out
+ add expenses just for the one job

So you’ll always know exactly how much you’ll get.

+ You can still adjust the calculations for each job - eg. adding a travel fee or taking out an advance you’ve already received.

+ Check the Reports section to see who needs to pay you, how much you earned this month or how much you earned through just one Referrer.

+ Upgrade to store more jobs. It’s easy, you can do it inside the app.

EXTRA COOL STUFF
If you re-negotiate a better commission rate through your Referrer you can adjust it in their record and it will only apply to the new jobs.

All your data is stored on iCloud so you can see it on multiple devices through your Apple account.

Set the end of financial year date so when you start a new year, you can delete all paid jobs from the previous year.

It’s so much easier to manage.
