Yoga for iPad primary focus is to assist yoga practitioners at all levels to help deepen your practice. Yogini Penny is a certified instructor that has been practicing yoga and for her entire life. This app has over 150 poses and shows you how to move from a beginning version into the more challenging asanas. You can stop at any level and move forward at your own pace. Each pose has a detailed description.

Yoga for iPad is divided into standing, balance, seated and floor asanas. Some of the poses here are atypical of most apps in that they have been developed from the classroom environment and move beyond the traditional to a more realistic setting, however, you will also find conventional yoga here along with the Sanskrit names.

A comprehensive series of Yoga and Yoga warm up Movies are also included. Movies have voice over instruction and some have beautiful scenic backgrounds. Movies require WIFI or 3G connectivity but do not require storage space on your device.
