This update fixes an iOS4 bug in Flashlight+ v3.0. A special thanks to Charlie Q. for helping us test this fix.

Major Update - PLEASE READ.

Hello friends! Again, we are so appreciative that you have chosen Flashlight+. Thank you!

The first big item is a major UI overhaul that required the majority of the app to be rewritten. The same artwork remains, but a totally different visual experience while using the app. We invite you to open the app before updating and pay attention what it looks like when you swipe from screen to screen and then look at it again after the update. Our aim was to make the UI look like you were turning the barrel of a real flashlight to get from one feature to the next.

To go along with this new visual treat, we have made the features loop around infinitely. So you can swipe left, over and over, until you end up back at the screen where you began.

We also added the info section to each featured page. So you can now check battery level no matter what page you are on. Also, when turning on "Flashlight Only Mode" in any of the special feature pages, we have created an animation that brings you from whichever page you are on to the flashlight page. It's a small touch, but it's a really nice visual.

Flashlight+ now takes up less than 1/3 of the memory of the previous version. This frees up more room on your phone and keeps the app in memory longer when the app is sent to the task bar (when you close the app).

The main flashlight button now has an authentic clicking sound. You get one sound when you press it…and another when you take your finger off. Just like a real Flashlight! If you don't hear it, turn up your volume!

A few minor bugs have also been squashed in this update. The email bug in the contact section being one of the most noteworthy.

Last but not least, we have accelerated the turn on time. We know this is a big deal to many people, so we tested Flashlight+ against other top selling flashlight apps, and we have managed to get the app to turn on the light faster then many other Flashlight apps that have less features then Flashlight+. As a matter of fact, On an iPhone 4, Flashlight+ now turns on the light faster than most Flashlight apps do on an iPhone 4S!

We've always been pretty proud of Flashlight+, but I think with this update we can say that we have certainly created the best flashlight app on the app store! If you like the app, we would love for you to leave a review!
