Check out the tips and use them everyday, your life and the lives of people around you will get better.
For example, look up the word "family" to get a list of all the pages which mention it, they will give you precious tips to help you. You can also simply let the tips scroll on the screen and if ever one catches your attention just press it to get to the page concerning it.
You have a friend to whom the tip could be helpful? You can send it to him directly from within the app. You can even add personal notes to every tip.
