Provided by San Jose Councilman Chappie Jones, Mobile City Hall is a real-time mobile civic engagement tool that gives District 1 residents the power of City Hall in the palm of their hand. Utilizing proprietary CitySourced technologies, users can conveniently report neighborhood blight or safety hazards like potholes, graffiti, litter, abandoned vehicles or illegal dumping when you see it. Your report will be sent directly to my office for a quick response and provide us with the data necessary to work proactively to address small problems before they become big problems. You will be able to review the status of your reports and know that you have helped improve San Jose. I am confident that Mobile City Hall will create a new standard in constituent service. It will save time and money and improve government service.
