Daytrotter for the iPhone gives you new music from the best emerging bands.
If you don’t know Daytrotter already, you should. The best new bands in the land take two hours out of their travels between shows to stop in for a Daytrotter Session at The Horseshack studios in downtown Rock Island, IL. They play live with their touring mates, eat some food and then cram back into their vans for the last half of their drive. They leave behind four absolutely collectible songs that often impart the true intensity that these musicians put into their art.
A couple of times a year we take some of these bands on the road for Barnstormer tours - unforgettable concerts performed in actual barns across the U.S.
The entire Daytrotter session library and Barnstormer video collection is available here for your iPhone, iPod or iPad – and not just the music, you get the session feature articles and original artwork.
And now you can hear Daytrotter sessions while they're being recorded live in the studio - our listen live feature makes you feel like you're right there in the control room.
