App Description

You can now record your personal portfolio of luxury, high end assets, collectibles, and those special valuables you purchased or that have been gifted by friends and family. These items are generally unrecognized assets on your balance sheet and are never fully considered as part of your personal net worth or financial portfolio.

You can now start unlocking the Power of Luxury in one safe place, in seconds, with your smartphone, by registering these assets to the blockchain and creating a transaction history (provenance) and tracking authenticity. Our app keeps a record of the important details of these assets — value, detailed description, warranty information, certificate of authenticity -- even when, where and why they were purchased. We will soon be introducing financial and insurance opportunities, allowing you to unlock the value of your registered LUXXFOLIO items.

Items may be registered to your LUXXFOLIO by uploading certain information such as an image of the item, certificate of authenticity, and/or bill of sale, or formally through our proprietary smart tag technology called SMARTLUXX. As a tamper-proof and anti-counterfeit validator, SMARTLUXX is embedded with a dual-authentication feature -- similar to what has been traditionally used by central banks globally, for anti-counterfeit prevention in the production of banknotes. In order to unlock the resale transfer feature, an item must be ‘Secured by SMARTLUXX’ to ensure authenticity when re-selling the item. Items that are not ‘Secured by SMARTLUXX’ may still be registered to your personal LUXXFOLIO; however, these items cannot be transferred or re-sold over the LUXXFOLIO platform.

You can LUXXFOLIO your personal assets at home in seconds. Follow our easy steps in the app to begin building your personal LUXXFOLIO.

’Secured by SMARTLUXX’ items will be written to and tracked on the blockchain:
What does ‘written to the blockchain’ mean? We have developed a blockchain that provides a record of your items making this a secure register. This register is unable to be erased or altered, so the history of your items and transactions will be tracked through the product’s lifetime and beyond.


Track the value of your LUXXFOLIO:
Our value tracker will calculate the total value of the assets in your LUXXFOLIO.

See history of previous owners:
The history of previous owners for each item is recorded to the blockchain’s distributed ledger. You will be able to see who previously owned the item. If you wish to have your ownership history anonymous, you can also hide this feature by placing the ownership privacy setting to private.

Transfer ‘Secured by SMARTLUXX’ items to buyers in the resale market:
If you buy or sell a ‘Secured by SMARTLUXX’ item on a resale platform (such as eBay, Craigslist, Kijiji, RealReal, etc.), ownership of the item can be transferred or received via our LUXXFOLIO platform. These transactions will be written to the blockchain, building on the provenance of the individual asset.

Use your LUXXFOLIO for estate planning purposes:
Provide your estate lawyer with your personal LUXXFOLIO for a more efficient probate process. By providing your estate lawyer with a compiled ledger of your assets, as opposed to creating individual letters of direction, this will ensure all items are distributed appropriately to your loved ones or a charity. Determine who gets what, when, and how much, in an easy and efficient manner, for your estate. You can even transfer your assets within your LUXXFOLIO anytime, prior to death.
