Instahand relies on the community itself to directly fulfill tasks. Utilizing a short questionnaire, Instahand is able to intelligently match requests to ensure users do not have to stray away from their daily routine in order to fulfill requests. Formed around a credit system converted at $1:1 credit ratio, Instahand makes it socially acceptable to pay friends and neighbors for help.
When using the app, users do not have to have a cash balance due to the ability to earn credits through the fulfillment of other users’ requests. For those who are a little extra helpful, users are able to withdraw their balance and make some extra cash.
If users venture outside of their neighborhood, simply tap into any of the Instahand communities to utilize local knowledge and help. Instahand not only connects you with your neighbors and social circles, but allows you to connect with those thousands of miles away as well.
