App Description

Users pick a candidate and answer multiple-choice questions which link their needs with their opinion or expectation of how the candidate might affect their needs.

Upon submitting, a "grading report" is automatically generated, “grading” that candidate in four criteria:

- Favorability – The higher the score, the more favorable the candidate is in the opinion of the user.
- Un-favorability – The higher the score, the more unfavorable the candidate is in the opinion of the user.
- Declarations – The higher the score, the more transparent the candidate is, in the opinion of the user.
- Knowledge – The higher the score, the more knowledgeable the user is.

This grading report is saved in the user’s "saved reports" and can be accessed later-on to compare it with another candidate’s report, thus "comparing two candidates".
This grading report can be shared on social media (specify?????) and by emailing (specify????) it in the format of a picture, with the candidate’s name, user’s name, and the date and time the evaluation took place. The grading report incorporates the four criteria and when users pick two saved reports, they can choose to compare the two candidate's grades.

At this point the "comparing reports" are not saved nor shared, but the user may take capture screenshots and save and share them.

Users can contact the Take It Personal team to ask for the addition of events and candidates within the application.

Users can access and read the "Bank Info" which is continuously updated with information and references on their human needs.

Users can access and manage their account, where they find the language which they wish to use to evaluate a candidate, and the countries which they wish to evaluate candidates.

Users are allowed to make one user-access (account) per mobile number.

Users have to be 13 years old and above.

Users take the responsibility of their answers and the automatically generated reports are theirs; they take the responsibility of sharing these reports.

Take It Personal mobile application does not share their reports at any point in time.

For maintenance reasons, Take It Personal may ask the user to share their report in an email owned and managed by Take It Personal, to fix an issue of concern to the user.

Take It Personal team gather data and generate statistics without providing users’ account information. The Privacy Policy in the Terms and Conditions accepted by all users in the phase of signing-up clearly explains when, where and for what purposes the users’ data is used.
