Simply open the app, choose your journey (sleep, happy, developmental, sick/irritable), set your desired duration and hit play. If you like the track you are listening to as well the frequency setting, go ahead and select the star icon. This will save to your playlist for you to enjoy next time.

Subscription is auto-renewable which means that once purchased it will be auto-renewed every month until you cancel it 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Duration of the subscription is 1 Month with a charge of $4.99 every month.
Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period with the cost of $4.99.
Manage your Subscription and Auto-Renewal by going to your Account Settings. Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase
Lifetime
Enjoy a Lifetime subscription for a single one time payment of $49.99. Your iTunes Account will be charged within 24-hours from making your purchase.
