App Description

The Security Escort Service Manager (SESM) App is designed to be used by Security Officers who already have a SESM Web system account with the appropriate permissions.
This App is used by Security Officers who escorts ATM Technicians to do ATM machines service. The App allows the Security Officer to check in and check out with the Head Office Security Dispatch to confirm that they are present to escort the ATM Technicians at the beginning and end of their shift. The Security Office is required to use the App to record the beginning and end of each ATM service to collect the durations of the visits for accounting and billing purposes. The GPS coordinates are recorded at various times during the shift to track the progress, route and locations of the Security Officers and the ATM Technicians. The GPS coordinates are resolved into street addresses to capture the ATM addresses for verification and billing purposes.
The data collected by the App is sent real time to the Web servers for monitoring and accounting
