2017 Queensland Small Business Week (15 to 20 May) is a state-wide celebration of Queensland's small business community.
This year, more than 5,000 people are expected to participate in Queensland Small Business Week and attend an event, conference or function, specifically tailored to help small businesses start, grow and employ.
Local councils, chambers of commerce, individual businesses and Queensland Government agencies will deliver more than a hundred events throughout the week.
Complementing the week is the official theme, Time to Thrive, which gives small business owners the opportunity to learn and acquire new ideas, skills and tools.
Time to Thrive will also inspire and celebrate the substantial successes of the Queensland small business sector and their vital economic contribution to the state.
