App Description
The R/O application allows the project promoters to follow their own development, to identify the weak and strong points and to insure an entire transmedia progression.
Each project is divided in 36 numbered abilities that will be augmented during the formation with workshops, group sessions, conferences and pitches. Working as a role play, the project promoters will have to fulfill series of gamified actions to win points and spread them into the different skills on which they can bet. It is also possible to share points with other workshop projects in the field of sharing abilities. The mobile app sets up a following of each abilities, a calendar with events linked to each of these, goals to reach and rewarding that will be given to the most deserving projects. This methodology was applied for the first year at the institute and will be applied to the further years, but this is entirely applicable to other traineeships. The list of abilities can be edited, the events and rewarding can be adapted to other organisations that want to apply our methodology based on abilities integration. The idea is to allow others to use our digital tool by means of yearly licence or a licence by projects.
