App Description
Europcar’s Augmented Reality app allows access to digital content by scanning a printed commercial document.
Each Europcar document that bears the “scan me” logo, also has digital content which can be reached by scanning the page with the app. This content aims to improve customer service and customer experience.
• Before or after the handover of your vehicle, you only have to scan the joined document which will then propose 3 different ways to communicate with Europcar (e-mail, text message or by phone) Clicking on one of these choices opens the desired channel.
• Is there a vehicle in our catalogue that attracts your attention? Just scan the page and you will be redirected to our online booking page.
