The Network for Pancreatic Organ Donors with Diabetes (nPOD) is a non-profit collaborative research organization, housed at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. nPOD supports scientific researchers around the world by providing, without cost, rare and difficult to obtain pancreatic and associated tissues beneficial to Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) research. The 2017 nPOD 9th Annual Scientific Meeting is an exciting opportunity for nPOD Investigators from around the world to gather together to discuss important scientific findings, foster meaningful collaborations, and make strides toward answering the question “What causes Type 1 Diabetes?”
