App Description

This experience is designed to be partnered with 3D mobile virtual reality headsets, such as DODOcase Virtual Reality Viewers, and headphones.  The “LISBCPS” VR app serves as a welcome to visitors participating in the fall 2016 League of Innovative Schools, hosted by Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) November 2nd - 4th. Use your virtual reality cardboard headset and headphones to explore the innovative practices of our county. This virtual reality experience will highlight the work of BCPS around equity, specifically in regards to the Transformation of Teaching and Learning (S.T.A.T. program), Second Language Acquisition (Passport), Innovative Libraries, and Educational Options.  After downloading the app, go to "Settings" and select "VR Menu Always On". Then simply use your viewers to navigate to each of the images and 360 videos in the app. When you are ready to enter into a specific location, "click" on it by staring at the image until it loads. When you are ready to leave that area, look down and “click” on the "Home" icon to go back to the main menu and make another selection. Features include: *360 video of Baltimore City and Baltimore County Regions *Maps and still images of Baltimore County Public Schools *360 video capturing student learning in eight of our school classrooms *Audio for each 360 video *Closing remarks from Superintendent, Dr. S. Dallas Dance *Sponsors for the event This App was built with Smart2VR Supported by Android and IOS phones.
