Welcome to the Official Living in Loveliness mobile application.

The main focus of our family-run craft centre is to be a community facility; bringing people together in a fun and relaxed environment whilst bringing back good old-fashioned crafts.

You are welcome to join us for refreshments in our on-site, five star tea room. Whilst here, why not browse our emporium of handmade delights for that special gift.

We offer a platform for local crafters to stock their handmade giftwares. We enable our customers to join in with the design process, incorporating their own personal ideas and preferences into each unique gift.

Alongside this, we run a variety of workshops for children and adults. We encourage people to try out new crafts to find their creative flair. It is a joy to see the delight and pride on a person’s face when going away with something wonderful that they have made.

We run many weekly craft groups offering an opportunity to relax and celebrate your excitement in the company of like-minded crafters.

In addition to workshops and craft clubs we also host celebratory events. Currently our vintage crafternoon tea party is the most sought after. These last approximately 2-4 hours and include a craft workshop of your choice with all materials, tuition and a delicious afternoon tea served on vintage china.

For the creative minded we stock a growing collection of fabrics, yarns, buttons, ribbons and trims. We offer gift vouchers perfect for crafty people in your life.

We are passionate about bringing craft into the community so in addition to running the centre we also visit schools, brownie and guide groups, community centres, colleges and nursing homes to promote hand crafting to those who cannot access our centre.

On the first Saturday of every month we host an open day to share our passion for crafting and invite you to join us for craft demonstrations. We run a free drop-in craft session for children and there are lots of opportunities to make gifts with our pop up craft workshops (a small fee does apply). During the day we have visiting crafters with pop up handmade gift shops.
