Weather Or Not takes out the guesswork and makes it super simple to plan your tomorrow based on how today feels.
And to make it fun to check your forecast, you can purchase themes in the app -- like a Cats Theme of cute kittens to keep you smiling even if the weather doesn't, a Pirate Theme to help you impress yer mateys by givin' a blimey forecast only a pirate could speak, and more.
