App Description
Drinking Water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the human body.
Do you often forget to drink water? Do you feel you are not taking sufficient water required by your body? If you think so then this application is for YOU.
Just enter your weight and application will calculate water needs required for your body. You can add more water need if you are a sportsperson.
This app will also help you accomplish your required intake of water throughout day by sending reminders set by you and by updating your daily intake record. You can review your fitness with provided weight and water history charts.
