App Description
Mt Eliza Family Fitness is a supportive and friendly health centre located in south east Melbourne. We provide a huge range of services and equipment for any fitness level. In addition to our fully equipped gym, we have two squash courts with hire equipment available for squash or racquet ball. Our gym includes circuit training equipment, a range of cardio equipment such as treadmills, cross-trainers, steppers, rowing machines, recumbent and stationery bikes, and TRX suspension bands. We also have various assisted machines for upper and lower body workouts, free weights, plus a large floor area for stretching, fit-ball and core strengthening work. Our services include personal training, weight management support, fitness assessments and personalised exercise programming, rehabilitation support as well as an independently run clinic - OsteoPro; Performance and Recovery Clinic for sports massages, Clinical Pilates, Rehab exercises, assessment technology, orthotics & sports bracing.
We have over 30 group fitness classes per week, including, Zumba, indoor and outdoor cross training, low impact aerobics, BodyPump, BodyBalance and BodyAttack, Yoga & Pilates, kettlebell and core, spin classes, classes tailored to over 50's, and others focussed on balance, strength, toning, circulation or cardio fitness.
