App Description
TonIQ makes learning music theory fun!
On the board are 9 cells with intervals from the scale you have chosen. You initially get 2 minutes to play each game. For each move you're given a coin with a note that matches one of the intervals.
The objective is to drop the coin over the interval that you think the note corresponds to. If you match the note to the right interval, you get 5 extra seconds to play the game and 10 points.
A round consits of 9 moves, after each round the cells on the board refreshes with a random configurations of intervals from the same scale. Before you start each round, the type of scale will flash past, the Root Note is always displayed in the center of the top bar.
If you match all 9 intervals with the right notes you get an extra 20 points and 30 seconds of play time.
Scales can be chosen in the settings panel (bottom left button). For advanced play you can turn on Root Note Challege, this allows the game to randomly change the Root Note (not the scale type) if you correctly match all intervals.
