To help Chica get dressed, select hats, scarves, and more by tapping the picture and have them appear on Chica! Tap Chica to hear her chirp. When finished you can save a picture of your creation or send to Sprout...you might see it on TV! How many outfits can you make? Play again and again to make a new outfit every time!
