Hummer Is Dead
CNN is reporting today that GM's sale of Hummer to Chinese automaker Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machines Co. Ltd. has fallen through, marking the end of the once venerable car franchise. Being a native of Sugar Land, TX, once known as the Hummer capital of the world, I have been experiencing a sadness that I can only liken to having your 4th favorite donut shop close down. Needless to say, it's rough.
To honor this great car company, and possibly to celebrate that the countries CO2 levels are now going to be exponentially higher, I am going to highlight a few apps that I found while searching for HUMMER.
Warning: I have never used any of these apps, nor do I condone driving vehicles that burn more gasoline in an hour than the whole state of Vermont.
