App Description
GeekTunes is a great music player with safety in mind. It has been designed for use in the car with big easy to use buttons so you can keep your hands on the wheel more while driving.
The app supports remote control - great for a true hands free experience.
Have a load of tunes you wish to audition? Delete the ones you hate and keep the ones you love? I often want to to this with MOD files when I'm driving. GeekTunes will help you do just that with its Like/Hate buttons. Tap the Hate button, current track will be skipped and never heard again. You can get it to physically delete these hated tunes if you choose.
It will play:
+ Your existing iPod/iPhone music library
+ Internet radio streams
+ Amiga MOD files
+ OctaMED modules
+ Future Composer modules
+ TFMX modules
+ New MOD files such as .IT .XM and .S3M files
The app also comes with advanced features for searching for tunes and a super easy drill-down feature which will allow you to navigate to your favourite artist or album using big safe buttons with ease.
The app also supports playlists which you can create yourself, randomisation of playlists.
Want to make notes of which tunes you like on an Internet radio stream so you don't forget? GeekTunes will do that for you.. and you can email yourself that list when you want to go shopping for new music. :-)
Upload files onto the app using iTunes or FTP client software.
