The free spirited hippies at Gym Hero HQ think that you guys should have full access and power over your own data. That's why we sat down and added a feature that lets you open all your workouts in Excel or any other spreadsheet application.

That way, if we get hit by a truck, Europe burns down or we decide it's time to throw away all our computers and move to the north pole, you'll still have your data.
