The hardness calculator is a software for calculating Brinell hardness. The Brinell hardness is measured by using a certain test force F(N) to press a hardened steel ball or carbide ball with a diameter of D (mm) into the measured The surface of the metal is removed for a predetermined period of time, and the test force is removed. The average diameter d (mm) of the indentation is measured with a reading microscope, and then the Brinell hardness HB value is obtained according to the formula.
It is not difficult to see from the measurement principle that calculating the Brinell hardness is very complicated, but with this calculator, it is much more convenient. As long as it is measured, the value can be directly calculated by inputting the value into the calculator.
