Digital Extremes is on a fantastic run of form lately, like they ever stopped

It's June 1st, which can only mean one thing: we need to make a list of what we want to play this month. Shooting to the top of that list should be Warframe. The recent devstream shed a bit of light on what's coming in Jade Shadows: Constellations, on June 17th, and it is incredibly exciting.

The best thing on show was the 65th Warframe. Or rather, Warframes, as Sirius & Orion are joining forces in one package. You will switch between the two, using Sirius to boomerang his scythe around, and Orion to queue up the Muse and destroy the world with a supermassive black hole. Finally, their ultimate sees them try to knock each other out, wrecking everything in their path.

The latest Prime, Voruna, blew my mind, and we will see if the next Prime will continue the trend. Styanax Prime will get the shiny upgrade treatment, along with the Afentis speargun and Athodai pistol. You can also show off in the new Lanex Prime Syandana and the Daurus Prime Armour attachments.

I am ready to add more Incarnon forms to my armoury

In terms of gameplay, there will, of course, be a slew of story content. Complete them, and you will be able to head to Uranus Proxima and take part in new Railjack missions. You’ll have to side with Ruoku or Vena, the Protoframe for Ash and Garuda, respectively, and Railjack the other side into submission. Depending on who you choose, you'll get to wield the Pride or Wrath scythe. Finally, the Destreza, Obex, Stug, Ballistica, or Vectis will receive Incarnon forms. Or, in other words, enjoy some immense, slightly tainted power.

Of course, we also have the Summer Game Fest coming up this month, and Digital Extremes will be showing up in a big way. Creative Director Rebecca Ford and Community Director Megan Everett will host the Women-Led Games Showcase on June 4th, before DE sets up a Play Days Cafe between June 6th and 8th. There will be activities and food, with the 13th visitor each day getting an in-game item. Finally, suit up in style with the Ark/8 Fashion collaboration between June 5th and 8th. Now to smuggle myself to Los Angeles.

Warframe is available from the App Store and Google Play.
