Persona 5: Phantom X joins forces with Persona 5 Royal for a new story arc

Persona 5: Phantom X is teaming up with its older sibling, the original Persona 4 Royal, for a special event. Dubbed Crossroads of Fate: Laboratory Arc Part 1, you will run into Kasumi Yoshizawa, aka Violet, and have the opportunity to add her to your team. 

One night, after Lufel has a nightmare, Wonder aims to cheer them up with a trip to Shibuya. It would certainly cheer me up. However, a malfunction with the Metaverse Navigator kicks them both into the Metaverse, and they arrive at a mysterious false Palace. Inside, they run into Kasumi Yoshizawa and set out to investigate together.

New rewards, character, and weapon

P5X and P5R collide in this event, and completing stages with net you rewards such as Meta Jewels, and Abnormal Rebel Coins to spend at the exchange shop. You will also pick up 8-Sided Dice, which can be used to explore Momentos in Jose's Dicey Adventure. Advance forward, take out bosses, and collect loot like Gold Tickets and Kagura Bells.

To help you conquer these new challenges, you can pick up Kasumi Yoshizawa and her weapon for a limited time. She is an Assassin who can trigger Highlight regardless of the gauge, which is handy. Kasumi also gets powered up by other team members using Highlight, so consider her if you have a Highlight-heavy squad.

Even if it is outside the mobile scope, I am sure we all remember when Atlus released Metaphor: ReFantazio fairly recently. If only for that battle theme.
