Summoners War giving away a Legendary Scroll to celebrate new Dimension Hole update

Summoners War has been busy. After releasing a massive collab with the legendary The Lord of the Rings franchise, the developer opens a new Dimension Hole update.

This time, Summoners War introduces the second awakening for Hellhound (Nat 2 monster) and Inferno (Nat 3 monster). If you haven't been up-to-date with SW content, the second awakening (2A) can be done after the normal awakening. Monsters going through a 2A will have their stats and abilities enhanced, allowing them to keep up with the stats of Nat 4 or Nat 5 monsters.

To celebrate the debut of the new realm, Summoners War is releasing an event that rewards Legendary Scrolls, Devilmon, Mystical Scrolls, and more.

Legendary Scroll is your best friend for getting a Nat 5 monster

Summoners War is a gacha game where you must summon monsters using scrolls to get new fighters. You can say that the gacha is quite brutal because there's no pity system in the game. Therefore, you may end up not getting a Nat 5 monster even after opening hundreds of scrolls.

Mystical Scrolls are abundant, but they only have a 0.5% chance of dropping a Nat 5 monster, which translates to an average of one Nat 5 in every 200 scrolls. But again, since there's no guarantee system, you may end up summoning more than that before getting a Nat 5.

Meanwhile, Legendary Scrolls are far rarer than Mystical Scrolls, but they have around 6% drop chance for a Nat 5 unit, so that's a far higher chance than Mystical Scrolls.

Dimension Inferath update event requires you to use 2,000 Dimension Hole energies before you get the Legendary Scroll. But since you can auto-run the dungeon anyway, it's worth the time spent.

The Dimension update event will run up until April 12, 2026. Afterward, you have 24 extra hours to claim the rewards.
