Persona 5: The Phantom X continues to sun itself on the beach in latest update

It looks like we have lost Sega Atlus to the dark side of anime for good, as Persona 5: The Phantom X returns to the beach for its latest update. We only recently got the first part of this adventure, but Summer! Swimsuits! Sea Time! Part Two has already kicked off, and it says it all there in the title really.

If you follow the event story, you will unlock the Red Sunglasses outfit for the protagonist, as well as Rainbow Umbrellas. There can be traded for exclusive goodies. There are also themed stages to take on, minigames to enjoy, and a fireworks festival which can reward you with the Summer Memory avatar frame and Meta Jewels.

Whilst some game are getting ready for Halloween, Phantom X is sticking with the swimsuits as the 5-Star Seaside Tomoko launches. To be fair, she sounds quite handy though. She has a skill that restores ally health. It also increases their Attack based on the target’s ailment accuracy, so put her in a debuff team and watch her go.

She, of course, brings with her the Most Wanted banner for an increased shot at pulling her. Our hero isn’t being forgotten either, with the Wonder’s Beachwear available for purchase. It will have a discount until November 5th, taking is down from 2,000 Meta Jewels to 1,800. You can feel the generosity on that one. 

Happily, the developers have put their hand in their pockets a bit more in the Seaside Vacation Part 2 login bonus. Show up for 7 days before October 22nd and you will get 7 Platinum Milicoins and 600 Meta Jewels. 

If you regret the way a relationship with a character unfolded, you could spend this boon on a Turnaround Ticket. This resets you back to a pivotal moment in your friendship, where you chose between becoming soulmates or close friends.
