Where Winds Meet reopens 30 redeem codes after a little debacle within the community

On May 2nd, something surprising happened in the Where Winds Meet community. 30 exchange codes were leaked and shared among players. It eventually reached a point where WWM had to step in and disable the codes.

However, the story is not over. It seems some were dissatisfied with the situation, as several players managed to redeem the codes while others were too late. This caused a problem for Where Winds Meet, and it was solved in the best way possible, for us, anyway.

The very next day, on May 3rd, WWM announced and released all 30 codes for everyone to redeem. They explained that they were initially created for creator events, but were leaked during the setup due to an error. Since some had already claimed the reward, the developer decided to open the code for everyone so that no one felt left out.

You have until May 31st, 03:59 PM (UTC+0) to redeem the following codes:

To redeem the codes in Where Winds Meet, enter the settings and go to the Other section. Press on Exchange Code under Account Info and type the desired code. The items should appear in the mail soon after.

Some players are still not satisfied with the 30 codes in Where Winds Meet

Even though there are a lot of exchange codes, all of them reward the same amount of the four items. So in the end, you should receive these materials through your mail:

• 300 Echo Jade
• 600,000 Coins
• 60 Inner Way Note: Chest
• 60 Oscillating Jade

While some expressed their gratitude, others were dissatisfied. The reason is that the rewards aren't amazing. Some went completely off-topic and started to ask Where Winds Meet to fix certain bugs, or gave suggestions to make the game easier.

Other than the official announcement, WWM didn’t comment further on the matter. Even though the materials are easily obtainable, you will get a decent amount just from the codes. So, make sure to redeem all 30 codes before they expire to get all the materials.
