Do you remember that time Pokémon GO decided to celebrate the Lunar Year of the Fire Horse by NOT focusing on Ponyta? The horse Pokémon, which is on fire. Well, Warframe is not passing up this obvious opportunity, as front and center in their Lunar New Year event is a burning stallion.

There is a new skin for your Kaithe, the horse you befriend on Duviri. Included in the Year of the Kaithe Collection, yes you have to pay, setting horses on fire isn't free, you can give your loyal steed a burning complexion to celebrate the Lunar Year. You also get a special flourish to show off with.

If you are a fan of mayhem, then you probably like Vauban. Although, to be fair, who doesn’t? He can call down a Photon Strike, which never gets old. Well, now you can tear through your opponents in style with the Vauban Heirloom Collection, created in collaboration with community artist Lua_Luminary.

What's nice about this one is that you get three styles in one. You can wade into battle with a puffy overcoat, show off your guns with a vest, or strip off and go full shirtless. Whatever floats your boat, I suppose. The pack also comes with Glypth, Sigil, and Orbiter Decoration, so some more cosmetic delights.

Also sharing the spotlight is Dagath, the walking personification of dread. They also summon Phantom Kaithes to stampede enemies, which is reason enough to get them for me. If you also long to throw a horse at your foe, you can pick up Dagath's components through Alert Missions until February 18th.

You can double down on your new love of Dagarth with the Dagath Yfari Collection. The key part of this collection is the Yfari skin, of course, but equally important to me is the Indomitable Kaithe Floof. There is also the Malaen Ephemera and some mods. But come on, Floof.

Warframe is available to download from the App Store and, from February 18th, a date that can’t come fast enough, Android.
