Marvel Snap comes down with the sickness in newest season

I really like the Marvel Zombie comics, they have some fantastic bits, so Marvel Snap introducing the Undead Horde season is quite exciting. It introduces the Horde Keyword Mechanic, which powers up your Zombie Horde, so you can start your own apocalypse movie and overwhelm your foe.

Zombie Mister Fantastic adds 2 to your Horde On Reveal, and allows you to give 4 of your created cards +1 Power when Activated. Zombie Captain Marvel, on the other hand, has you destroy your other cards to gain +3 Power for each, and then moves to a location where you are losing, which sounds quite powerful it must be said.

The Hunger is a weak 1/0 card that adds 3 to your Horde On Reveal, but combine it with Zombie Giant-Man and you have a beast. This 5/3 adds 1 to the Horde On Reveal, but then gains Power equal to your Horde. Those numbers could easily get out of control. There are two new locations to do battle, starting with The Deadlands, which adds 1 to your Horde at End of Turn. The Survivor’s Camp lets you draw after Turn 4 if you are winning; otherwise, it adds another 2 to the Horde. 

If that's too much Zombie for you, head to one of two Limited Time Modes. Sanctum Showdown is back from October 15th to the 22nd, which rewards you with The Hunger. Or, return to the Grand Arena, featuring new champions including Thor, Hulk, and Ghost-Spider with their pre-constructed decks. You can try this out between October 27th and November 3rd.

For our new albums this time around, embrace the Cyberpunk vibe on October 14th with rewards such as the Jim Hammond Human Torch Cyberpunk variant, and 4 Neon Nights borders. After that, an album inspired by Marvel’s Midnight Suns drops on October 13th, with the Mooncolony Tarot Variant Living Tribunal as the grand prize.
