Is Hexenzirkel meta gonna be a thing soon?

The Hexenzirkel may have been frequently mentioned recently, but they have been a known part of Teyvat from the very beginning. You probably first know about them when Mona speaks about her teacher, although she describes her master as "the old hag" instead of a powerful mage.

It's also easy to fit the piece together when you learn that Klee's mother, Alice, has gone on an adventure, leaving her daughter under the care of some knights. Of course, she bestows the art of pyroworks on the child so that she can defend herself (and occasionally blast fishes in the lake), like the responsible mother she is.

In Dragonspine, the center stage was taken by Rhinedottir, who was later revealed to have created Albedo and Durin through a forbidden Art of Khemia.

After doing the quests in Sumeru, especially the one where you delete Scaramouche from the Irminsul, you will hear a mysterious voice with a cryptic message. You'll find out later that this was the voice of Nicole, one of the witches in the Hexenzirkel.

Nicole will finally debut in Genshin Impact 6.6

Although Nicole is not the first Hexenzirkel witch to be introduced, she will be the first playable mage from the circle. She's set to be a Pyro character, and if Genshin decides to stay on the mage archetype, I won't be surprised if she uses a catalyst as a weapon.

I can only hope that HoYo won't mess up another hyped character as they did with Varka. I've waited for Varka for years just to end up disappointed in both his kit and appearance.

But hey, at least he has a personality!

Since version 6.5 only started recently, it will take a while until we know what Nicole will offer, but there's a high chance that she will synergize with Hexenzirkel characters.
