Hypergryph released a new DEV Comm, this time starting with a new trivia about the players' activity in Talos-II.

Apparently, Endministrators have laid down over 42 billion meters of power transmission lines. Facilities shared between players also received over 23 million repairs, with 4 million of them being the Easy Stash, a facility where players can take items directly from their depot anywhere, without having to teleport back to the base.

However, the highlight of this post was the announcement of the Designation Selection Permit. After completing Chapter 1 Process 1: Break the Siege, players will get this item, which can be used to get one of the 6-star characters featured in the Standard Banner.

The Operators in the Standard Banner are:

  • Last Rite (Cryo-Great Sword)
  • Ardelia (Nature-Arts Unit)
  • Ember (Physical-Great Sword)
  • Lifeng (Physical-Polearm)
  • Pogranichnik (Physical-Sword)

Endfield also releases further optimizations for the game

Arknights: Endfield has nerfed enemies a while back, and they have done it again. This time, the developer reduces the enemy level on Exploration Level 6 and 7. Now, the enemy will be level 55 instead of 60 on Exploration Level 6, and level 60 instead of 70 for Exploration Level 7. Loot rate stays the same, so Endmins can now fight faster without missing out on the items they would normally get.

As Endmins increase their Authority Levels, they will also get Ferrium Components and Cryston Components to help them assemble Blue and Purple Quality Gears. So you won't have to keep changing your production lines as you level up.

Endfield also alters enemy distributions around some TP Points and gathering sites, so Endministrators won't keep getting forced into battle.

Finally, you can now switch facilities on or off faster, as the option is added to the top view mode. This change will immensely help when you're trying to run the factory while having low power.

With constant feedback from players, in-game data, and discussions, the developer promises to continue making quality-of-life improvements, ensuring players will enjoy their time in Talos-II.
