Cissia and Nangong Yu confirmed for Zenless Zone Zero 2.7

Zenless Zone Zero 2.6 marks the debut of the Angels of Delusion, but only two out of the three members are currently available. That's why it's no surprise that ZZZ 2.7 will bring out Nangong Yu, the final member of the AoD. However, the second drip marketing was more surprising, where HoYoverse also introduced Cissia, a member of the Metropolitan Order Division.

The Metropolitan Order Division is one of the many divisions in the New Eridu Public Security, also known as N.E.P.S. Notable members from this faction are Jane, Qingyi, Seth, and Zhu Yuan. The last release from this group was a long time ago in version 1.1, so Cissia's introduction is even more surprising.

Despite being a member of the N.E.P.S, though, Cissia might not synergize with the other N.E.P.S members, since she belongs to a different faction. If this is the case, then we can expect a new bunch of Agents from the police department so that Cissia won't be the sole member of her group.

Of course, there's also the possibility of all N.E.P.S being considered one faction, just as the New Eridu Defense Force synergizes across departments.

Here's what we know about Cissia and Nangong Yu so far

Nangong Yu is an Ether-Stun Agent. Considering Sunna and Aria will work together, Nangong Yu is likely the final member needed to complete the Angels of Delusion team. This is to say that all three synergize with each other, so pairing them together will be the optimal move, and not a simple "lore-accurate" pairing.

This theory is supported by the fact that Nangong Yu's element and role fit perfectly with Aria. Her Ether attribute means she can contribute to triggering Corruption, and the Stun role helps trigger Aria's Core Skill, where Aria deals more DMG if the target is Stunned.

As for Cissia, little is known about her, except that she's an Electric-Attack Agent. This combination is very common, with characters like Anton, Harumasa, Seed, and Soldier 0 sharing the same combination. 

Although Attack Agents are typically the main DPS, it's not always the case. For example, Orphie is an Attack character, but her role is more supportive.

All in all, ZZZ 2.7 will be another exciting version, with players having the chance to get two extra characters. If you're a meta-chaser, then it's worth waiting until the livestream to see if these Agents will define a new meta.
