You're guaranteed to get S-Rank Agent of your choice in this ZZZ rerun banner

Zenless Zone Zero 2.5 rerun banners will start from January 21st, 2026 until February 5th, 2026. The second phase banner only consists of three rerun banners, as both Ye Shunguang and Zhao debut on the first phase.

The three returning Agents are:

• Alice (Physical-Anomaly)
• Soldier 0 - Anby (Electric-Attack)
• Astra Yao (Ether-Support)

Of course, their signature W-Engines are also available from the W-Engine Reverberation banner. Here are the featured weapons:

• Practiced Perfection (Anomaly)
• Severed Innocence (Attack)
• Elegant Vanity (Support)

In terms of their worth, all three are top-tier Agents. Astra Yao is a universal support who still dominates the S-Tier as a buffer. Her worth drops compared to support with a niche, but having Astra Yao reduces the characters you need to get, since she fits in almost every team.

Both Alice and Soldier 0 - Anby are great DPS. Alice is an Anomaly DPS, while Anby is a traditional Attack character. Anby recently got a buff, which increases her viability. 

However, these two DPS can't compare to Ye Shunguang's performance. As a Void Hunter, it's no surprise that Ye Shunguang is so overpowered that she immediately becomes a top-tier DPS alongside Yixuan. So, if you're chasing meta, it's better to go for Ye Shunguang before Anby or Alice.

ZZZ 2.5 rerun banners have outstanding changes that favor the players

Zenless Zone Zero 2.5 rerun banners do things differently compared to the normal banner. First, the first S-Rank you get is guaranteed to be the Agent you choose from the banner, so either Alice, Anby, or Astra Yao.

Second, the first 10-pulls in the banner will have a 20% discount, so you only need 8 Encrypted Master Tapes instead of 10. After the first 10, the discount disappears, though, so it's back to the normal 10 Encrypted Master Tape cost.

These two systems are also applied to the W-Engine rerun banners, meaning it's far easier to get what you need, as you won't have to worry about the 50/50 odds.

Of course, these guarantees won't be carried over to future Exclusive Rescreening updates, so don't expect them to stack up for future special rerun banners.
